These are two discrete sprinkles, one for ceiling and one for wall. Only needed base game.

One is the smoke alarm, but with the sprinkler function. The other is a small ceiling light. When the fire starts and they detect, they will sprinkle like the enormous 2-tiled original one.

And the best of all: They never will block your Sims route.
