Discover University Bike Fix

This file fixes the pedals of the bicycle that came with Discover University so that they now rotate correctly and don’t float or sink into the ground when a Sim is riding. The Model and Model LOD resources have been overridden to fix the bike. They have exactly the same poly count as the originals as all that was done was the pedals were rotated into the correct idle location.
