Not gonna lie, Kinky Whims can feel overwhelming at first. There’s just… a lot going on. Menus, settings, interactions everywhere. If you’re not fully comfortable with English, it gets even more confusing.
That’s why the German translation is actually more useful than it sounds.
It doesn’t add anything new, but it fixes that “wait, what does this even mean?” feeling. Suddenly, everything is clear. You read something once and you get it. No second guessing.
And that changes how you play.
Instead of clicking random options just to see what happens, you actually start making choices on purpose. It feels less chaotic and more like you’re in control of what your Sims are doing.
Also, it just feels more natural. Playing in your own language always does that. You don’t think about the text anymore, you just play.
It’s one of those mods you don’t really notice after a while… but if you remove it, you immediately feel the difference.

Diese kommen insbesondere deswegen zustande, da Übersetzungen in der Regel immer off-game gemacht werden
da viele Wörter allerdings auch mehrere Bedeutungen haben können, wie in diesem Falle das englische Wort “Assault” zu deutsch: Angriff/angreifen/anzugreifen/angegriffen/überfallen etc. pp
ist es oftmals schwierig zu entscheiden um welche Variante es sich handelt, wenn man keinen vollständigen Satz oder eine sichtbare Situation dazu hat.
Ansonsten seid ihr auch herzlichst dazu eingeladen mich auf etwaige Fehler oder unpassenden Übersetzungen aufmerksam zu machen.
